Hello and welcome to first grade.  My name is Mrs. Loper.  I have been at Standing Bear since the 2006-2007 school year.  Previously, I have taught at Wakonda Elementary with Omaha Public Schools and in Coolidge, Arizona.  I am looking forward to another GREAT year at Standing Bear.
